In 2006, Deidre began her real estate career as a Property Management Assistant, and in less than two years, she became a Property Manager and a proud winner of a Customer Service Award of Excellence. Shortly after, she acquired her Real Property Administrator designation (RPA) and her Real Estate Licence. Finally, with hard work, she completed an intense college program and obtained with great pride her Brokers License. In 2013 after much careful thought and the desire to have a better work-life balance, Deidre then decided to leave the corporate world behind and jump feet first into the residential real estate sector. As one author once said, “Making a big life change can be scary, but you know what is even scarier? Regret.” Without any doubt, Deidre knew this career change was going to be a positive and fulfilling one. Having lived in the community with her husband and two boys for over 25 years, Deidre decided to establish her real estate career where she lives. Her love of the area, the people, and the thrill of seeing the area’s growth is what continues to drive Deidre’s passion. Working with RE/MAX Affiliates Realty Ltd. in Embrun, Deidre looks forward to helping buyers and sellers in every aspect of their real estate journey. As a community member and consummate real estate professional, Deidre is determined more than ever to serve her local community and to help it grow.
Supporting local businesses and raising funds for the community is a high priority for Deidre and RE/MAX Affiliates Realty Ltd. Each year, they sponsor the Miracle Treat Day with Dairy Queen to help raise funds in support of local children’s hospitals.
