• The Township of Russell is proud to be partners in the E-Business Grant Program for local businesses. The Prescott and Russell E-Business Grant Program has been created to help business owners adapt and/or enhance their online sales process by incorporating a sustainable e-commerce solution into their business.
  
• The Prescott-Russell Community Development Corporation (PRCDC) offers a Recovery Loan (from $5,000 up to $20,000), available on a limited basis.
• The Prescott-Russell Regional Relief and Recovery Fund (RRRF) program is financial support for SMEs (up to $60,000).
• Find out if your business is eligible for grants to help with the cost of property taxes, energy bills and extra support if you have to close or significantly restrict services because of provincial public health measures.
• Find COVID-19 support and other programs and services.

The Economic Development Department is bringing back the Pop-Up Patio Program for a second year.

This program is intended to support local restaurants by providing flexibility to restaurant owners while at the same time ensuring safety standards and measures remain in place.

The Prescott-Russell Entrepreneurship Centre helps small business owners and entrepreneurs succeed in the counties of Prescott and Russell by offering information, tools and support during start-up and growth stages of business operation. 

The Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network is spearheading a Virtual Farmers Market as a collaboration between the United Counties of Prescott Russell, SD&G and the City of Cornwall in order to serve producers in each of these regions.

We have created four different signs that you can install in your commercial windows during the COVID-19 crisis. The purpose of these is to inform your customers of your current operations while spreading a positive message in the community. All you have to do is download the one you want, print it on 8.5 x 11 size paper and display it in your storefront. We invite you to participate in large numbers so that the message of local shopping is diffused to our entire community.
