Asset management planning is the process of making the best possible decisions regarding the building, operating, maintaining, renewing, replacing and disposing of municipal assets. Ontario Regulation 588/17 requires all municipalities to prepare asset management plans for their core municipal infrastructure assets.
The Township of Russell has Asset Management Plans for:

- Parks and Facilities
- Public Works Infrastructure
- Water and Wastewater
