NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Township of Russell
TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Township of Russell invites all interested persons to attend a Meeting of the Planning Advisory Committee for the purpose of discussing the proposed amendments to the Township of Russell Zoning By-law #2018-094 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, as amended.
1. DATE, TIME & LOCATION
Monday February 3, 2025 – 6:00 p.m.
Gaston Patenaude Hall - 717 Notre Dame Street, Embrun
2. PURPOSE AND EFFECT
The proposed Zoning By-law amendment would change the zoning to add a holding symbol. The holding symbol is a planning tool used to prevent development on a property until certain specified conditions are met. In this case, the holding was applied until such time as servicing was available to the properties.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SUBJECT LANDS
- 1103 Concession Street in Russell (condition of consent application B-042-2023);
- 105 Craig Street in Russell (condition of consent application B-087-2022);
- Within the Village limits of Limoges (Russell Township).
