Ways to Participate in the Virtual Public Consultation for the 2022 Budget on September 13th

Members of the public can participate in the 2022 Budget Public Consultation process in 3 ways:
- Email – Send your budget requests by email to clerk.greffe@russell.ca.
- Mail – Send your budget requests by regular mail to the Township of Russell, 717 Notre Dame Street, Embrun K0A 1W1.
- Address Council or Make a Presentation (during the electronic meeting on September 13th) – Contact the Clerk’s Department at clerk.greffe@russell.ca in advance to have your request added to the meeting agenda.

Key Dates
For electronic meetings, a link to the live meeting will be published in the Township of Russell Events Calendar before the meeting.
- September 13, 2021 – Public Consultation on the 2022 Budget.
- October 4, 2021 – Staff present the Draft Budget to Council, no discussion.
- October 20, 2021 and October 21, 2021 - Working sessions for Council and staff discuss details of the Draft Budget. This meeting will take place in-person at Town Hall.
- November 1, 2021 – Staff present the Final Budget to Council for approval.
