Voter Information Letters Have Been Mailed Out
The Voter Information Letters for the Municipal By-Election have been sent out by mail this week. Please note that there is a misprint. We ask that you please disregard the warning message asking you to contact us to update your date of birth. Rest assured that this information is indeed on file, and you will be able to vote with your date of birth and the unique PIN on your notice. There is no need to contact us. We apologize for any confusion this misprint error may have caused.

If you have not received this “Voter Information Letter” by September 23, contact the Clerks department immediately at 613-443-3066 or at elections@russell.ca.
When and How to Vote:
You can vote anytime online or by phone starting September 26 at 9:00a.m. ending September 30 at 8:00p.m.
Ways to Vote:
- Internet: anywhere in the world with your Voter Information Letter (Watch a video to Learn about Voting Online)
- Telephone: anywhere in the world with your Voter Information Letter
- Internet or Telephone at the Voter Help Centre, 717 Notre Dame Street in Embrun, you must bring your Voter Information Letter and Identification.
If you require assistance or information to vote, you can visit our Voter Help Centre, which will be at the Town Hall (717 Notre Dame Street, Embrun), and shall be open to the public on the following dates and times:
- Thursday, September 26th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday, September 27th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 28th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Sunday, September 29th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Monday, September 30th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
