Township of Russell Begins Search for Next Chief Administrative Officer

Embrun, ON, November 4, 2021 — The Township of Russell is looking for the next Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

The administration began planning the recruitment for a new CAO in September when current CAO Jean Leduc announced his retirement, which is effective as of the end of this year.

“Jean Leduc has been an outstanding CAO for the Township of Russell,” says Mayor Leroux. “He has provided guidance, support, vision, and strong leadership to the Township of Russell administration for over 12 years. On behalf of Council, staff, and residents, I thank him for his commitment to our community.”

The administration is working with our consultant, Perry-Martel International to lead the recruitment of the Township’s top staff position.
