Township of Russell Appoints Interim CAO

Richard Godin has been appointed as the interim Chief Administrative Officer for the Township of Russell effective January 5, 2022.

Township of Russell Council appointed the interim CAO at the regular meeting of December 20, 2021 following the imminent departure for retirement of current CAO, Jean Leduc.

Richard Godin has been with the Township of Russell as the Director of Finance/Treasurer for over seven years.

“Council is confident that Richard Godin and our Department Heads will continue to successfully lead the municipal administration while Council selects a permanent CAO,” states Mayor Pierre Leroux.
