Town Hall Reopens for Some In-Person Services on September 7, 2021
The Township of Russell will re-open Town Hall to offer some in-person services as of Tuesday, September 7th, 2021.
Our goal is to provide an organized and effective reopening transition for residents, a safe return to work environment for our staff, all while offering our best level of service available during this time. As of Tuesday, September 7th, our offices will be open to the public from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30p.m. Residents are encouraged to continue using ''contact free'' methods of services including email, phone and online at Russell.ca and to book appointments when needed to help maintain physical distancing regulations at Town Hall.
Some services remain as appointment only. Details are noted on the Township COVID-19 page.
What Visitors Should Expect When Arriving at Town Hall:
- Visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering as per the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s directive, and to disinfect their hands.
- There will be a sign-in registry for visitors.
- All areas will be routinely disinfected, including counters, tabletops, chair arms, and doorknobs for visitors’ safety and the safety of our staff.
- Access the public washrooms at Town Hall will be available.
