Town Hall Reopens for Some In-Person Services September 8th 2020
More
The Township of Russell will re-open Town Hall to offer certain in-person services as of Tuesday, September 8th, 2020.
In order to avoid long waiting lines and to ensure physical distancing during this transition, some services will be offered by walk-in while others will remain by appointment only. Residents will be able to make a payment, submit a form or application, pickup a new resident package, garbage tags, and recycling bins at Town Hall without an appointment. All other services, including meetings and requests to speak with staff, will remain by appointment only during this transition period. Municipal services are still available by email, phone and online at Russell.ca.
Our offices will be open to the public from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Our goal is to provide an organized and effective reopening transition for residents, a safe return to work environment for our staff, all while offering our best level of service available during this time. As the Township anticipates many visitors, and we value your time, we recommend residents continue to take advantage of our electronic options for submitting documents, registering for programs, and completing payments. Details on our municipal services during COVID-19 are available at Russell.ca/COVID19_en.
To schedule an appointment for a service or to speak with a staff member in person, please call 613-443-3066 and leave a message or email info@russell.ca. Your message should include your name, telephone number and the reason for your requested visit. A municipal staff member will contact you within two business days to schedule the appointment.
