Schedule Changes for Easter Weekend 2020

The Township of Russell would like to remind residents that following schedule changes will take place Friday, April 10th and Monday, April 13th 2020 due to Easter weekend: 

• Our offices are closed Friday, April 10th for Good Friday and Monday, April 13th for Easter. Regular hours of operation return on Tuesday April 14th.
  
  
  
  
• The collection of waste and recycling services usually on Friday, April 10th will be postponed to Saturday April 11th due to Easter weekend. The Monday to Thursday schedule of this week remains unchanged.
  
  
  
  
• Russell Transpo service will not run on Friday or Monday of Easter weekend.

Please note that many services and facilities are already affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Keep up-to-date with those changes at Russell.ca/COVID19_en



Residents are reminded to continue physical-distancing and self-isolation during the Easter long weekend. Please review these practices on the Eastern Ontario Health Unit Website. Visiting could spread the COVID-19 virus amongst your friends and loved ones.
