Back to SearchEnvironment Canada is forecasting another large snowfall (with icy conditions) over the next few days.
Will you be hosting guests for the holidays? Please park all vehicles in your driveway/garage so that your street can be cleared by snowplow operators. If your garage and driveway are full, you can also park at the following locations anytime (day or night) without any worries of receiving a ticket between December 23 and December 27:
- Camille Piché Community Centre
- Richelieu Park
- Russell park-and-ride parking lot
- Duncanville Park
Remember to park in your driveway overnight too! The overnight parking ban is in effect from 1:00a.m. to 7:00a.m. every night until February 28, no matter the weather conditions.
Our snowplows operators will be clearing roads as quickly as possible throughout the holidays, following routes designed to provide the best overall service for the community. Thank you for your patience. We wish you safe and happy new year!
