Remembrance Day Ceremonies 2023

The following are the 2023 Remembrance Ceremonies in the Township area:

• Russell: November 11, 2023, at 24 Legion Lane, Russell (Russell Legion). Parade begins at 10:00 a.m. followed by a ceremony. Residents are invited to the Russell Curling Club after the ceremony. This event is hosted by the Russell Legion.
• Limoges: A ceremony on November 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at 461 Limoges Road, Limoges (Cenotaph). Organized by the Limoges Recreation Committee.
• Embrun: A ceremony will be held at Town Hall November 11, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (717 Notre-Dame Street, Embrun). This event is hosted by the Embrun Knights of Columbus.

Flags will be half-masted on all municipal buildings in the Township of Russell until sunset on November 11, 2023, to mark Remembrance Day.

A reminder that Town Hall will be closed Monday, November 13th for Remembrance Day.
