Property Tax Bill Have Been Sent

Dear Property Owners,

Due to unexpected system issues, the distribution of the property tax bills was delayed. This issue is resolved, and the bills were sent out. Please be advised that while the due date for the first instalment remains March 27, 2025, the penalty and reminder notice fee will not be applied until April 11, 2025.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plans (PAP): For all property owners registered to any of our pre-authorized payment plans, the withdrawals will occur on March 27, 2025.
