New “Welcome to Russell” Signs for Village of Russell
May 17th, 2023 (Embrun, ON) – The Township of Russell and the Kin Club of Russell are proud to announce that in cooperation with our local Business, and Community support, the “Welcome to Russell” sign project broke ground on Friday May 12th, 2023.
With the support of the Police Village of Russell Trust and many other generous community partners, these two village signs will be placed on Castor Street, just by the bike path between Russell and Embrun and also on Craig Street, close to Boundary Road.
It’s never too late to lend a hand, The Kin Club of Russell are continuing to accept donations for this project.

The Kin Club of Russell was chartered in 2011. They lead fundraising for community events, give scholarships to local schools, as well as help increase awareness for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
