2025 Dog Tag Renewals
- For Tenants: The deadline to renew your 2025 dog tag is March 31. Be sure to renew at www.russell.ca/dogtags before this date to avoid an additional $10 fee.
- For Homeowners: New this year – 2025 dog tag renewal fees will now be included on the interim tax bill (spring) instead of the final tax bill (fall).
