2025 Garbage Tags

Are you a property owner that usually receives garbage tags by mail each year? Due to the Canada Post strike, the garbage tags for your tenants are available for pickup as of Wednesday, December 11. Property owners can stop by the Infrastructure office at 851 Route 400, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A reminder that the 2025 collection calendar is also available for download at www.russell.ca/waste.

For residents looking to purchases more tags, they can be purchased from one of our retailers and never expire. Retailers include:

• Town Hall;

• Embrun Convenience;

• Russell Pronto;

• Russell PharmaChoice; or

• Embrun and Russell libraries.
