Expression of Interest (EOI) for Local Businesses
The Township of Russell is planning the construction of a new recreation facility which may consist of up to 3 arenas, 1 Pool, 1 Performing Arts Theatre and/or 1 Library. There may be other recreation spaces as determined through community feedback.
All local business, associations and community groups interested in leasing space in the facility are requested to respond in writing by June 18, 2021. Submit the company name, contact information, and a brief description of the business’ space requirements and business area of interest such as Pro Shop, Restaurant, Canteen Services, Coffee Shop, Physiotherapy or other businesses not listed by email to:

The intention of this expression of interest is to determine local business interest in leasing square footage in the new facility. No proposal or pricing is required at this time. A response to this EOI is not required for further involvement in the project, however it may support additional space planning in the preliminary design stages for consideration by the Township.
Construction is planned to start late 2022/early 2023.
