Economic and Community Development Strategic Plan

The Township of Russell is developing an Economic and Community Development Strategic Plan to establish a clear, actionable, and comprehensive direction for economic and community development. This plan will respond to changing market conditions, address unique local challenges, and identify future opportunities.

We are seeking your input to help us better understand the Township of Russell (Embrun, Limoges, Marionville, and Russell). Here’s how you can get involved:

Public Survey

Please share your feedback by completing the survey. The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and will be available until April 30, 2025. All responses are anonymous and confidential.

Public Open House

You are invited to attend the Open House to share your views and discuss important issues affecting our community.
