COVID-19: Town Hall Reopens for In-Person Services February 22, 2022
Embrun, February 18, 2022 – Township of Russell will reopen Town Hall to offer in-person services as of Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
Our goal is to ensure an organized and effective transition for residents, maintain a safe work environment for our staff, all while offering our best level of service available during this time. As of Tuesday, February 22, our offices will be open to the public from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30p.m. Residents are encouraged to continue using ''contact free'' methods of services including email, phone and online at www.russell.ca and to book appointments when needed to help maintain physical distancing regulations at Town Hall.
What Visitors Should Expect When Arriving at Town Hall:
- Visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering as per the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s directive, and to disinfect their hands.
- There will be screening questions of COVID-19 symptoms for visitors.
- All areas will be routinely disinfected, including counters, tabletops, chair arms, and doorknobs for visitors’ safety and the safety of our staff.
- Access to the public washrooms at Town Hall will be available.
