| Paving Contract – Report IS-PW-2024-04 (item 11 c) |
| Council awarded the contract to Blair Asphalt for the approved roads (list of approved paving). Due to good prices 1.5 km of paving has been added to the list to maximize the available budget! Work will start this summer. Follow 511 for more detail when work begins. |

Roundabout Construction - Report IS-PW-2024-05 (item 11 d) |

Council approved a budget adjustment financed by the Development Charge in order to proceed with the construction of the roundabout this summer at the intersection of Route 300 and Limoges Rd. More information to come when available, follow 511 for road closure information. |
| 2023-2026 Strategic Plan – March 2024 Progress Update - Report CAO-2024-01 (Item 11 f) |

The administration gave an update to Council on the strategic plan progress as we start the second of this four-year mandate. A few adjustments were made including revised timelines and an addition to ensure our strategies remain relevant and impactful in our ever-evolving community landscape. |
| Amend Membership of CDEI Committee – By-Law 2024-023 (item 16) |

Council approved by-law 2024-023 to appoint Olayou Carrière to the Community, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee (CDEI). |
