| Financial Relief for the OPP Municipal Policing 2025 Annual Billing (Item 11j) |
| With the provincial support received, Council has approved a tax adjustment, and the average household will see an increase in property taxes of $12.91 per month in 2025, instead of $15.44. Regarding the fees associated with OPP services, the monthly increase will be $2.67, compared to $5.19 without this reduction. For more information, see full article. |
| Contract for the Bridge Replacement (Item 11k) |

As part of the asset replacement program, Council has awarded a contract to A.L. Blair Construction for the replacement of a bridge on St-Pierre Road between Route 300 and Route 200. The construction will start after July 15, 2025. We encourage residents to monitor Municipal 511 for update on road closure and detours. |
| Water Reservoir Expansion (Item 11l) |
| As identified in the 2024 capital budget, the design of the municipal water reservoir expansion is moving forward with the selection of an engineering firm. JP2G has been chosen to lead this important design work, which will support our growing community’s needs. |
| Water and Sewer Masterplan (Item 11m) |

In another step towards the completion of the water and sewer masterplan, Council has received the final document. This comprehensive plan will guide future infrastructure development and improvements. The document will be available for a 30-day review period starting January 6, 2025, during which residents can review and provide feedback. Details on how to access the plan will be shared closer to the review period. |
