April Positive Tickets for Youth
We are rewarding youth for good deeds in our community!
Our Public Safety and Enforcement officers are issuing "positive tickets" to local youth for helpful actions, behaviour, and acts of kindness. Each “ticket” includes a gift card to a local business as a reward for being a great role model.
We are proud to recognize Juliana and Danek, two 9-year-olds who demonstrated outstanding community spirit. On April 13th and 14th, they dedicated their time to cleaning up Forced Rd and Craig St, making a significant impact on our community’s cleanliness and environment.
Juliana and Danek’s efforts are a shining example of how small actions can lead to big changes. Their hard work and dedication to keeping our community clean inspire us all.
Congrats to Juliana and Danek!
If you see someone 16 years or younger who is spreading positivity, let us know. Contact our Public Safety and Enforcement Department.
Special thanks to our community groups and local business owners who are sponsoring prizes in this program, including the Kin Club, Legion, Giant Tiger, McDonald’s, and Tim Hortons.
