Pink Shirt Day 2025

Pink Shirt Day is celebrated annually on the last Wednesday of February. This year, it falls on February 26, 2025. On this day, we honour the small act of kindness that took place in Berwick, Nova Scotia, back in 2007 when a boy was bullied for wearing a pink shirt and two grade 12 students bought 50 pink shirts and encouraged their classmates to wear pink. The next day they went to distribute the shirts to all the boys in their school, and to their surprise, hundreds of students arrived wearing pink to show solidarity!
