What is MPAC?
MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) is Ontario’s property market expert, responsible for assessing the value of every property in the province. With assessors based in communities across Ontario, MPAC leverages local insights to maintain accurate property data, which municipalities use to set property taxes. In addition to assessments, MPAC provides valuable property market information to property owners, governments, and businesses.
