Access your Township of Russell property tax, water or sewer account information online with Virtual Russell.

Using Virtual Russell, you can:

• View your property tax, water or sewer account information
• Update your mailing address
• Sign up for e‑billing
• Manage account details

Create an Account Sign In

Creating an Account

To create a Virtual Russell account, you will need one of the following:

• your property address, 19-digit roll number, and the name exactly as shown on your property tax bill; or,
• your utility customer account number and the name shown on the water and/or sewer bill.

Only property owners can create a Virtual Russell account. Tenants cannot register.

Steps to Create Your Account

1. Visit the Create an Account page in the Virtual Russell portal
2. Choose a username, password and email address
3. Select Next
4. Choose a registration account type to verify your identity:
   1. Property tax account
   2. Public utilities account
   3. General receivables account
5. Enter the required information
6. Select Next
7. Check your email and click the activation link to complete your registration

Registration Tips

• Usernames can be a maximum of 15 characters
  Passwords must:
  • Be at least 8 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one symbol
• Only one property owner name can be used to verify the account
• The name must match exactly as it appears on your tax or water and/or sewer bill

Deleting an Account

If you are moving and would like to delete your Virtual Russell account, contact the Finance Department.

You do not need to delete your account if you no longer own property in the Township.
