Asset Management Plan

An Asset Management Plan (AMP), required under O. Reg. 588/17, outlines how a municipality will manage its infrastructure to deliver services sustainably by linking asset condition, service levels, and financial planning for long-term sustainability.

The Township of Russell has Asset Management Plans for:

• 2025 Asset Management Plan*
• Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan 2024-2028*
