What Matters Most to You?

Roads, parks, recreational facilities, community programs, emergency services, infrastructure improvements? The Township of Russell is beginning work on the 2027 Budget, and your feedback will help guide Council’s decisions.

The budget affects the services you use every day and helps determine where future investments will be made. By taking a few minutes to share your thoughts, you can help shape the priorities that matter most to our community.

1. Complete Our Short Survey
   Tell us what is most important to you, share your thoughts on spending priorities, and provide feedback on future projects.
   The survey takes only a few minutes to complete and is open until September 4, 2026.

2. Attend Our Public Consultation
   Join us on Monday, December 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall to share your feedback directly with Council.
   If you wish to make a formal presentation during the meeting, please submit your materials to the Clerk’s Office in advance at clerk.greffe@russell.ca.
3. Submit Your Suggestions by Email
   Send your feedback or questions to the Clerk’s Office at: clerk.greffe@russell.ca by February 25, 2027.
