Delay in Property Tax Bill Distribution

Dear Property Owners,

Due to unexpected system issues, the distribution of property tax bills has been delayed. We are working very hard to resolve the issue. We will send a separate alert once the issue is resolved, and the bills are mailed out with the expected penalty application date to ensure clear expectations.

Recreation Complex Update - March 7, 2025

Last fall, we saw the completion of the underground drilled Controlled Modulus Columns (CMC) which provide building support. The construction of the building foundations, piers, and grade beams has continued to progress over the winter months, with Rinks #2 and #3, including the central core change rooms, now completed. Registration for Spring Pickleball

Registrations for the spring pickleball session will open on Tuesday, March 11 at 9a.m. for residents and on Friday, March 14 at 9a.m. for non-residents.

Green Bin Delivery Begins

Starting March 5, the Township will begin home deliveries of 120-litre green bins and 7-litre kitchen bins in preparation for the organic waste collection starting April 7. Bins will be placed at the bottom of driveways.

Good news! After discussions with our provider, we now have a date for the 2025 hazardous waste collection. It will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the municipal garage (857 Route 400, Embrun).

Dave Dyer Receives Citizen Recognition Award

Council had the pleasure of presenting a Community Award to Dave Dyer last night for his active participation in local sports and volunteerism.
