Positive Tickets for Youth – June 2026

We’re celebrating youth who stand out and make a positive difference in our community! Our Public Safety and Enforcement Officers issue Positive Tickets to local youth who demonstrate kindness, helpful behaviour, or take part in good deeds. Each ticket includes a gift card to a local business to recognize and reward these outstanding role models.

Last June, we presented a Positive Ticket to one local youth for their thoughtful contributions to the community.

Samia was recognized for volunteering as a referee during Wednesday evening recreational soccer games. When organizers were short on referees, she offered to help and officiated two games with enthusiasm and remarkable professionalism, asking for nothing in return. Her willingness to give back simply for the joy of helping is an inspiring example of community spirit.
