Advisory Committees
The Township of Russell has 5 Advisory Committees made of community members, a Council member and a municipal employee. The duration of the term follows the council mandate.

POSITION AVAILABLE - PARKS, RECREATION AND CULTURE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
A position is available on the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. Must be 18 years of age or older;
- 2. Must be a Canadian Citizen;
- 3. Must be a resident of the Township of Russell;
- 4. Preferably bilingual (English/French);
- 5. Must participate as an individual and not represent any organization or special interest group; and
- 6. Must be available to attend meetings and other activities of the committee.
- TERM: Concurrent with the term of Council, unless otherwise decided by Council (ending November 14, 2022).
- REMUNERATION: Not applicable.
- MANDATE: Appointed by the Council of the Township of Russell this Committee is a forum for discussion on recreational, parks and cultural matters within The Township of Russell.
