Town Hall Reopens for Some In-Person Services September 8th 2020
The Township of Russell will re-open Town Hall to offer certain in-person services as of Tuesday, September 8th, 2020.

In order to avoid long waiting lines and to ensure physical distancing during this transition, some services will be offered by walk-in while others will remain by appointment only. Our offices will be open to the public from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
